A full-scale projection walkthrough is a session where your floor plan is projected at real size onto the floor and walls, allowing you to physically walk through the space before it is built.

Rooms, walls, doors, and circulation paths are shown at a one-to-one scale, so you can see true dimensions, test clearances, and understand how the layout connects without having to imagine it from a drawing.

We work with a wide range of projects, from small, highly efficient spaces to large and complex builds.

That includes custom homes, additions, renovations, large residential projects, and commercial or mixed-use spaces. On the commercial side, we regularly support projects such as medical offices, hospitality spaces, restaurants, hotels, multi-family, and similar environments. If there is a floor plan involved and decisions need to be made before construction begins, our process can help bring clarity, regardless of the size or scope of the project.

All we need to get started is a PDF of your floor plans.

If you have interior or exterior elevations, those can be included as well. We can align them with the floor plan so you can stand inside the space and understand how walls, openings, and key features come together. If your plans include color, we can support that too.

If you happen to have additional materials such as renderings, videos, or other reference media, those can be incorporated, but they are completely optional. The process is designed to be simple. A PDF is enough to begin.

When you arrive, we recommend planning to be here about 5 to 10 minutes early. That gives you time to get settled, though we understand Atlanta traffic can be unpredictable and we build flexibility into the schedule.

Your plans will already be set up and ready to go. We will walk you through how everything works and provide clear instructions on how to use the tools available in the showroom, so you feel comfortable right away. We also recommend wearing comfortable shoes, since you will be moving through the space.

If someone on your team is not able to attend in person, we can conference them into the session so they can participate remotely.

We recommend including anyone who plays a role in making decisions about the space.

When possible, it is especially helpful to have your professionals attend. This often includes your builder, architect, designer, or other key team members who can help answer questions and respond to ideas in real time.

You are also welcome to invite friends or family to join your session. We have plenty of space to accommodate additional guests.

For commercial projects, we suggest bringing representatives from key stakeholder groups along with any primary decision makers. Having the right people in the room helps streamline conversations and ensures alignment before construction begins.

During your session, you will have access to the following tools and resources:

• Furniture on wheels to help you test layouts and understand how key pieces feel and move within the space.

• 9-foot, 10-foot, and 12-foot walls on wheels so you can assess ceiling height and experience added dimension as you walk through the layout.

• A Vibe board with your plans loaded, allowing you to annotate, capture notes, and mark adjustments throughout the session. Once finished, you can email the annotated plans directly to yourself for a complete recap without managing paper drawings.

• Access to a conference room after your showroom session if you would like time to debrief, review decisions, or continue discussions with your team.

• Drinks and light snacks

After your walkthrough, you will leave with a clear set of notes, decisions, and next steps to guide your project forward.

If changes are needed, you can schedule a 30-minute follow-up session to walk your revised plans and confirm that adjustments feel right before moving ahead. Many clients use this as a final validation step before construction.

You may also choose to take the next step by moving into a 3D model through our preferred partner, Design & Build XR. This allows you to continue validating your space in a different way by customizing furniture and finishings and exploring how those choices work within the layout. It is a natural progression for projects that benefit from an added layer of detail and confirmation.
