Our goal is to confirm your project details, answer any questions you may have, and walk you through the next steps for scheduling your walkthrough session.
We also try to be respectful of your time. Unless you tell us otherwise, we avoid calling in the evenings. If email is easier for you, we are happy to continue the conversation there as well.

Estimates are based on the total square footage of your floor plan. Once we review your plans, we recommend how much time to book based on what we typically see for projects of similar size and complexity.
Our goal is to give you enough time in the studio so you don’t feel rushed while walking the space and talking through the design. At the same time, we only bill for the time that’s actually used, within reason.
Building or renovating a space is one of the biggest investments most people will ever make. The walkthrough is meant to help you slow down, experience the layout, and make the most of your time before anything is built.

Anyone involved in the design or decision-making process is welcome to attend your walkthrough session. This often includes homeowners, architects, builders, designers, and other project stakeholders who want to experience the space before construction begins.
That said, you are welcome to bring as many or as few people as you prefer. Our studio has plenty of space to accommodate everyone who plays a role in the project. Professionals, friends, family members, and colleagues are all welcome to join.
